📌အမေရိကန် visa interview အောင်ခြင်း၊ မအောင်ခြင်းအတွက် 100% ဖော်မြူလာဆိုပြီး မရှိပေမဲ့ ကိုယ့်ဘက်က ပြင်ဆင်စရာတွေ သေချာပြင်ဆင်ထားမယ်ဆိုရင် အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုထိ အကျိုးရှိမှာက အသေအချာပါပဲ။
📌အမေရိကန်သံရုံးမှာ ရှိတဲ့ visa officer တစ်ယောက် တစ်ရက်တစ်ရက် interview ရတဲ့ အရေအတွက်က အလွန်များတဲ့ အတွက် ကိုယ့်အဖြေတွေက တော်တော်များများဖြေလေ့ရှိတဲ့ သမားရိုးကျအဖြေတွေ မဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုရင် ပိုပြီးအခြေအနေကောင်းပါလိမ့်မယ်။
📌အဖြေတွေမှာ ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံကို ပြန်လာမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ strong tie ကို မြင်သာအောင် ဖြေဆိုနိုင်မယ်ဆိုလည်း visa အောင်နိုင်ခြေများပါတယ်။
1. What’s your major, and why did you choose it?
ကိုယ်သွားတက်မဲ့ Major နာမည်ကို အတိအကျပြောနိုင်ဖို့လိုမယ်။ Why ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်ကို ဖြေမယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ကိုယ် major မှာ သင်ကြားရမဲ့ ဘာသာရပ်တွေက ကိုယ်သွားချင်တဲ့ အလုပ်အကိုင်လမ်းကြောင်းကို ဘယ်လိုအထောက်အကူပြုတယ်၊ ဘယ်လိုကိုက်ညီတယ်ဆိုပြီး ဖြေလို့ရပါတယ်။
Sample Answer:
My major is Multimedia Programming and Design. I chose it because I want to become a digital product designer in Myanmar's FinTech industry, where there's a high demand for experts. The courses, like design principles, user experience, and front-end coding, will give me the skills I need. Plus, the major includes hands-on projects, so I can apply what I learn directly in real-world situations.
2. What are your plans after completing your degree?
ကိုယ်က Associate Degree ဆိုရင် Four-year university ကို transfer ဆက်လုပ်ပြီး Bachelor တက်မဲ့အကြောင်း ဖြေလို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒီနေရာမှာ ကိုယ်ဆက်တက်ချင်တဲ့ University name တွေကို ပြောပြနိုင်ရင် ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်။
အကယ်၍ Four-year university ကို အစကတည်းက တက်မဲ့သူဆိုရင် ဘွဲ့ရပြီးတဲ့အချိန််မှာ ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံကိုပြန်လာပြီး ဘယ်လိုမျိုးအလုပ်အကိုင် လုပ်မယ်ဆိုတာမျိုး ဖြေလို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒီနေရမှာ ကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုမှာ ရာထူးတစ်ခုယူပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းဝင်လုပ်တာဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ မိသားစုစီးပွါးရေးမှာ ဘယ်လိုပြန်ပြီးအသုံးချမယ်ဆိုတာဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဖြေလို့ရပါတယ်။
Sample Answer:
After I get my associate's degree, I plan to transfer to a four-year university to complete my bachelor's in digital product design. I'm considering schools like NYU, SCAD, CCNY, and SVA.
After graduation, I’ll return to Myanmar to work as a senior digital product designer in the FinTech industry. I also want to create an eCommerce website to help expand our family business and make it easier for customers to shop online.
3. Why did you choose this community college/university?
ဒီမေးခွန်းအတွက် ဘယ်လိုမျိုးဖြေတာကမှ အမှန်ဆိုပြီး မရှိပါဘူး။ ကိုယ်သွားတက်မဲ့ ကျောင်းရဲ့ဘယ်အချက်ကိုကိုယ်ကြိုက်သလဲဆိုတာ သေချာသိဖို့လိုပြီး ကိုယ့် အခြေအနေနဲ့ ဆီလျော်ကိုက်ညီအောင် ဖြေနိုင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ကောင်းပါတယ်။
ကျောင်းရဲ့ သင်ကြားရေးပိုင်းကို ကြိုက်တာလား? ကြိုက်တယ်ဆိုရင် ‘student/ teacher ratio’ တို့ ‘Professor ဘယ်သူ့ကိုကြိုက်တယ်’ ဆိုတဲ့ နေရာမှာတင်ရပ်မနေသင့်ပဲ သင်ကြားရေးရဲ့ ဘယ်အပိုင်းက ကိုယ့် academic interest/ career path အတွက် ဘယ်လိုကောင်းတယ်ဆိုတာကို သေချာဖြေသင့်ပါတယ်။
ကျောင်းရဲ့ တည်နေရာကြောင့်လား? ကျောင်းစရိတ်သက်သာတဲ့ အတွက်ကြောင့်လား? Scholarship/ Financial aid ပေးတာတွေကြောင့်လား? စသဖြင့် တိကျတဲ့အဖြေကို ပေးနိုင်အောင် ပြင်ဆင်ထားသင့်ပါတယ်။
Sample Answer:
This college has a well-structured program that creates a clear pathway to a Bachelor's degree at my desired four-year university. Its location in Lower Manhattan is perfect because it offers plenty of inspiration for my major, and New York City has an excellent public transportation system.
